We collect only the information needed to respond to a request, conduct a client engagement, or manage an employment application.
Demo interactions
The ROI calculator runs in your browser. Public chat is handled separately from signed-in client records. Do not send passwords, payment data, health information, or other regulated personal information through public chat or web forms.
Client operations portal
When a client creates an account, the application stores the submitted business profile, consent choice and signed-in J.E.F.F. conversation history so the engagement can continue. Passwords are hashed rather than stored as readable text. Public J.E.F.F. conversations are not added to a client record.
SMS communications
If you actively choose the SMS checkbox on the client briefing form, AI Ops Auditor may text you about your request, booking coordination, appointment reminders, and direct service follow-up. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not required to receive consulting services.
Candidate portal
Candidate briefings are collected for recruiting review and follow-up. The form does not request a résumé upload, health information, identity documents or banking details. Hiring decisions remain human decisions.
Database transition
Client and candidate records currently use an application-controlled prototype store. Before public production use, those records will move to the configured Azure database with documented access, retention, correction and deletion procedures.
